Who we are

HK Dragons Football Club ("we", "us") runs youth football programmes in Hong Kong. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at theoffice@dragons.hk.

Information we collect

Forms you complete: when you book a free trial or sign up for a programme, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, your child's name, age and date of birth, school, football experience, medical conditions you choose to tell us about, emergency contact details and your payment preference.
Website measurement: when allowed under your cookie choice (see below), we use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, and to measure how well our Facebook adverts perform.

How we use information

To respond to your enquiries and manage programme signups, trials and payments.
To run the club safely, including knowing about medical conditions and emergency contacts.
To measure how our website and Facebook adverts perform, and to improve our marketing. This includes showing our adverts to people who may be interested in our programmes.

Cookies and advertising

Our advertising and measurement tools only run once you have said yes in regions where the law requires us to ask first. When you visit from one of those regions, you will see a cookie notice where you can accept or decline. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Your choice is stored with the date you made it, the version of the notice you saw and the choices it offered.

If you decline, our advertising tools do not run for you. If you accept and later withdraw, we stop relying on your consent going forward and record that you changed your mind. We never replay events that were blocked while you had declined.

Who we share information with

Meta Platforms: website measurement and Facebook advert optimisation. Meta acts as the recipient platform for this data. You can learn more in Meta's own privacy policy and opt out of Meta's use of cookies through your Facebook ad settings and your browser settings.
Email delivery: form submissions are emailed to the club office so we can respond and manage signups.
We do not sell your personal information.

Keeping information

We keep signup and enquiry information for as long as needed to run the relevant programme and term, and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. Measurement data is kept by Meta according to their retention practices.

Your choices and rights

You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can also ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at theoffice@dragons.hk and we will help.
